* First, read 'Stuff you should read before applying'.

* Second, register to the site in order to post. Registration requires activation of the account. This is to prevent bots and spammers from accessing our forums.

* Third, copy the application template below.

* Fourth, create a new topic in the Guild Membership forum, paste the template into the topic, complete the form and submit.

One of our officers will contact you to conduct a brief interview to get to know you better and answer any questions you may have about us. If you seem to be a good fit, you will be invited to join us on a guild run to see how well you work with our members. If all goes well, you will be invited into the guild and placed in a noob/recruit status. This is your opportunity to further get to know the members of CoE and for us to get to know you. We encourage all new recruits to put their best foot forward and make an active effort to get to know us, group with us and show participation on our forums.

After a period of time, the officers will decide if you should be promoted to Member status or if other actions are required.

If you feel that you are 'above' the application process, we apologize but our guild may not be right for you. We know it’s not a job but you will find it hard to join any reputable guild without filling out an application and we are no exception. We are a casual, friendly, mature group of people and we just want to make sure you’ll fit in with us.
